Mr. Justice Thomas Christie handing 19 year old Justin Bennett a four year prison sentence in the death of his uncle last year.
In February 2015, 31 year old Scott Bennett was stabbed six times after a fight involving his nephew Justin and some his friends.
While sentencing Justin Bennett, Judge Christie says he carries hope for his future pointing out where he is so young, he can go on to get an education and have a full life.
The judge also noting that Justin carries the hope of his uncle who is not here.
Family members cried and hugged each other following the sentencing.
Justin Bennett will get some credit for the time he has already served in custody since his arrest last year.
