Saint John police are seeking help to find a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Nathan Pomeroy, 44, is accused of breaching the conditions of his statutory release.
He is currently serving a sentence of two years and seven days on a variety of charges, including:
- one count of assault
- one count of failure to attend court
- 14 counts of failure to comply with a probation order
- one count of obstructing a public/peace officer
- one count of theft over $5,000
- 14 counts of theft under $5,000
- an offence under the Motor Vehicle Act
Pomeroy is described as five-foot-eight, weighing 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
