Kennebecasis regional police arrested a 33-year-old man in connection with a home invasion last week in Quispamsis.
Michael Dakin Ingersoll was taken into custody without incident in Saint John on Tuesday night.
Officers responded to a report of a home invasion on Gondola Point Road early last Thursday morning.
At the time, police said the homeowner was not hurt during the incident but was “very frightened.”
Ingersoll appeared in provincial court on Wednesday where 24 charges were laid against him including robbery, forcible confinement, fraud and numerous firearms offences.
He will be held in custody until his next court appearance set for September 21st.
Police said more charges are expected to be laid.
