Government House Leader Mark Holland has sent a letter to the Speaker asking if the address can be organized as the House and Senate are not scheduled to be in session in Ottawa next week.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau would deliver a speech followed by Zelensky. Opposition leaders of the Conservatives, Bloc Quebecois and NDP would be able to speak following his address.
