A short court appearance for John Ford in a Saint John courtroom on Monday.
He is charged in connection with the death of 54-year-old motorcyclist Scott Robertson after a crash in the early morning hours of July 9th 2018 on the Loch Lomond Road.
Ford has yet to enter a plea on charges which include dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and failing to stop at the scene of an accident causing death.
Judge Marco Cloutier heard the defence is waiting on expert analysis of metadata from a vehicle airbag.
Ford is scheduled to return to court on June 14th.
Anne-Marie Savoy, who is also charged in this matter, is due back on court on June 21st.
Savoy is charged with public mischief, obstructing justice, and perjury.
City police announced on February 1st they had arrested Ford and Savoy.
