Grand Bay-Westfield is another community experiencing significant flooding this year.
Rising water levels are impacting homeowners and those who rely on the Westfield ferries to get around.
The same section of the Nerepis Road where flooding occurred last year is being built up again using heavy equipment.

Flaggers are in place on either end letting one side go at a time.
In the same area, efforts are being made to keep the water away from houses with sandbags.

At the Brundage Point River Centre, sandbags surround the building and a large pump is running constantly.
The water has reached into the parking lot.
