Students at Seaside Park Elementary school have a large interactive mural they are encouraged to add to.
The large mural called “Seaside Sightseeing” is 25 feet wide and 6 feet tall in two sections
representing the land and the sea.
Jean Rooney is the artist behind it and she’s also an instructor at the New Brunswick College of Art and Design in Fredericton.

The mural includes areas of white space which is meant to act as a giant colouring page.
Rooney says they want the students to be a part of this adding don’t draw on the walls may be sensible advice but they are changing the rules here.
