Two people being sent to the Charlotte County Hospital after a crash last night on the causeway.
The crash happened around suppertime yesterday, on Route 170 in Oak Bay.
Officials say two cars involved in the crash were travelling in opposite directions.
Firefighters used the the Jaws of Life to remove the drivers from their vehicles.
Police blocked the highway for about an hour and a half while the scene was cleaned up.
No word yet on the cause of the crash.
