Cannabis NB has resumed accepting debit and credit transactions following disruptions caused by a recent “potential cyber threat.”
However, NB Liquor continues to operate on a cash-only basis.
Efforts to resume debit and credit transactions at NB Liquor stores are ongoing.

Tanya Greer, communications specialist of Cannabis NB and NB Liquor, said the process is taking slightly longer than anticipated.
“We greatly appreciate our customers’ patience and support over the past few days as we navigate this event,” Greer said in a statement on Saturday.
“Our team is eager to return to normal service in our stores.”
Cannabis NB said it is happy to provide additional payment options for customers again while full business operations are still being restored behind the scenes.
