Two people have died after a fire on the Kingston Peninsula late last week.
RCMP said emergency crews were called to a home on Worden Road around 8 a.m. Friday.
Multiple fire departments also responded to the scene to battle the blaze.
A police spokesperson said two bodies were found inside the home after the fire was extinguished.
An investigation by the fire marshal’s office determined the cause was accidental.
Autopsies are being conducted on the two people who died to determine their exact causes of death.
