Police in Saint John arrested a 14-year-old youth in connection with a fire over a month ago at Forest Hills school.
After 10 p.m. on October 1st, emergency personnel were called to Forest Hills School on Glengarry Drive for an outside fire.
Crews learned a playground was on fire.
The fire was quickly extinguished by the Saint John Fire Department with no reported injuries.
Officials later reported a number of windows at the school were damaged.
On Tuesday, a teen was arrested and charged with arson and mischief.
The youth was released a provincial court date scheduled in January.
