This past weekend, Carrie Underwood invited her Her Mom , Carole Underwood out on stage to have some fun with Carries hit “All-American Girl.” Without hesitation, the two counted down together and jumped into the song. Mom proved she was comfortable under the spotlight; she did not miss a beat to her daughter’s up-tempo track. Underwood casually inched away, allowing her fans to hear her mother’s pipes. While feeding off each other’s energy, the two shared several laughs. Its not perfect, but it’s fun.

Keith Urban left school at age 15 — the legal age when a student can do so in his native Australia — and says he never considered pursuing any field other than music. “It was very apparent that this is what I was going to do,” the singer reflects. Well, this week, Keith and his crew welcomed some high school students from the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. They got to shadow Keith the day before he launched his weekend of shows. The students got to sit in and watch Urban’s soundcheck, and he also answered their questions and gave them an up-close look at his collection of guitars. How’s that for a class trip!!
