The Outdoor Outdoor Film Festival (OOFF) is now accepting submissions from local and international filmmakers in its first year of operation.
OOFF is an international film festival founded by a group of local Saint John adventurers, Sam Bosence, Sean Creary, Greg Hemmings and Keillor Irving. Each of the organizers is looking to bring together outdoor adventure communities to help celebrate stories that inspire local exploration.
In its first call for submissions, the festival is looking for documentary films of all lengths and styles about the outdoors, whether about local scenes, ecosystems, wildlife or people.
Film selections will be chosen from the pool of submissions and screened by a jury.
The deadline for submissions is December 5, 2021, with the Outdoor Outdoor Film Festival itself set to be held in early winter of 2022 in Saint John.
Filmmakers can visit OOFF.ca to submit their film.
