There will be a virtual address to New Brunswickers this afternoon by Premier Blaine Higgs.
He will deliver his State of the Province speech.
Instead of speaking directly to a large crowd, Higgs will be speaking virtually due to the pandemic.
The address will be livestreamed on Rogers TV starting at 2:30pm.
