Maybe i am just a cranky old man or do we have to keep repeating the obvious? We are into the tenth month of a pandemic that has changed almost every thing in our life. In the beginning it was understandable to use the phrase ” A Halloween like no other” ” A Thanksgiving like no other” ” A Graduation like no other” and so on. We now know that until the pandemic is over everything will be like no other. Also can we please stop the elbow touch. Why not borrow something from the Japanese and just acknowledge each other with a smile and a a little bow. I think bowing would be safer and quite polite.
