Upwards of 100 millimetres of rain fell across a wide swath of southern New Brunswick on Tuesday.

The city says other sections of Rothesay Avenue are reduced to one lane due to flooding.

About a dozen streets in the Glen Falls neighbourhood are also still impacted, including Simpson Drive, Princess Court, Holland Street, Walter Street, Broadway Avenue, Brown Street, MacKay Street, Belgian Road, Rayland Street, Ashton Place, Dutch Garden Lane, and Dresden Avenue.
Drivers are asked to use John T McMillan Avenue to access Glen Falls and not Simpson Drive.
In Sussex, McLean Street and Holman Avenue remain closed as of Thursday morning.
Motorists are reminded to drive with caution and care, observe signage and barricades, and avoid flooded areas.
On Wednesday, the Saint John Police Force handed out 16 tickets to drivers who ignored barricades on flooded roads.
