The RCMP have released the name of a man who was found dead in Waasis last week with hopes it will help further the investigation into his death.
Last Wednesday, Oromocto RCMP responded to a report of a home invasion. When they arrived, they discovered the body of a 29-year-old man.
An autopsy has since been conducted but police aren’t sharing any details on the cause of death due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.
Police have identified the victim as 29-year-old Nicholas Charles Astorino of Waasis.
