On Sunday, St. George RCMP responded to at least seven reports of cottages being broken into.
Around 11 a.m., a camp owner checking unoccupied properties encountered a man and woman along the Dufour Road.
They drove away in a newer model black Jeep SUV with a Nova Scotia licence plate and police were unable to locate them.
The man is described as being 25 to 35 years of age, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing around 170 pounds, with a black beard.
The woman is described as being young with blonde hair.
Police are still in the process of contacting property owners.
