A joint operation involving police in Saint John, N.B and the Kennebecasis Valley leading to several charges for a 44-year-old man and the seizure of drugs, weapons and a stolen motorcycle.
Maurice Richard is looking at charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and possession of contraband tobacco.
He made a brief court appearance on Friday following the seizure of large amounts of pills, cocaine and $120,000 in contraband cigarettes by the Integrated Street Crime Units of both the Saint John and K.V. Regional police forces.
Police also seized two rifles and a stolen motorcycle.

The operation involved the seizure of items in three locations, one home in Quispamsis and two locations in Saint John.
Patrol services, canine, community and the Regional Emergency Services Team all provided help with this operation.
Richard is due back in court on Monday for a bail hearing.
