Habitat for Humanity in the Saint John region dedicating their third home of the year to Shelley Hayward on Monday afternoon.

A down payment may not be required but, Habitat for Humanity requires all homeowners to contribute their own “sweat equity” to the project.
Hayward says with the help of friends and family, they were able to exceed the minimum of 500 hours.
“I think it was approximately 850 hours we earned,” Hayward said.
Back in September, Exit Realty contributed $100,000 to Habitat for Humanity in the Saint John region making the third build possible this year.
Homes have also been dedicated to families in Grand Bay-Westfield and St. Stephen in 2019.
The Leeswood Drive home features insulated concrete forms which will help with the cost of heating.
The Hayward family plan to move in next month.
