Candidates in the upcoming federal election have until 2 P.M. Monday, September 30th, to file their nomination papers.
As of right now all the national parties are running a full slate of candidates, except for the People’s Party, who have candidates in 325 out of the 338 ridings.
A complete list of confirmed candidates will be available on the Elections Canada website on Wednesday, October 2nd.
Voters head to the polls on October 21st, but advanced voting is already open in polling stations across the country.
