Two men and one woman are facing charges following an incident on the north side of Fredericton on Wednesday.
44-year-old Jason Kennedy, 23-year-old Breanna Stella King, and 35-year-old Nicholas Parsons, all of Fredericton, are charged with robbery and using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence.
Officers received a call about a man waving a firearm in the Main Street area around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. The investigation led police to an apartment building on Hawkins Street, where they believed the man was living.
Several roads were blocked off in the area of Hawkins Street, Brookside Drive, Edgewood Drive and Kingsley Court. Police said they were able to make contact with the people inside the apartment and five people came outside of the building.
Two adults and one adult female were arrested. The other two people were questioned and later released.
The suspect from the initial call was arrested at a second location around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

Police searched a residence on Hawkins Street on Thursday night and seized a replica firearm, which they believe was used in the robbery, a sawed-off shotgun, a long gun, and a variety of ammunition.
Officers also seized drugs — including methamphetamine, hydromorphone and oxycodone — along with stolen property.
The three people charged remain in custody and police said more charges are being considered.
Police have not said if charges will be laid against the fourth person.
