In bitter temps, Saint John fire crews responding to a fire on Shoreline Drive in Drury Cove.
The call came in about 7:15 this morning.
One woman got out safely and the fire was located between the basement and the first floor.
Crews had to do a lot of digging to get to it.
Fire investigators are looking into the cause but they don’t think the cause is suspicious.
Firefighters were on scene for more than 3 hours.
Over the lunch hour today, crews responded to a dryer fire on Longview Court in East Saint John.
