The owner of Kredl’s, Dave Wolpin is expected to be in court today as his business is on the verge of going bankrupt and then closing down.
His employees have started a go fund me page with the goal being to raise $50 thousand to stop the bankruptcy proceedings. Even if that occurs, $650 thousand in financing would be needed to make things right.
They report in 15 hours, More than $29 thousand had been donated by 156 people with the go fund me page trending.
We have been told suppliers to Kredl’s who face the prospect of losing a lot of money themselves are not happy with the way this has all played out.
