A dramatic 9-1-1 call was played for the jury in Campbellton at the trial of 39 year old Jean-Claude Savoie in the deaths of two young boys, aged 4 and 6.
Savoie, who’s 39, is charged with criminal negligence causing the deaths of Connor and Noah Barthe.
Savoie tells the dispatcher the two boys are dead after being strangled by an African Rock Python.
The prosecution maintains Savoie was warned beforehand the snake was aggressive and had tried to escape from its enclosure at his exoitic pet store.
The boys were spending the night in the upstairs of his pet store when they were killed.
