A jury will be selected this morning for the first degree murder trial of 18 year old Devin Morningstar.
He is one of three people charged in the death of 18 year old Baylee Wylie.
Morningstar is the first to be tried. Five weeks have been set aside in Moncton court for the trial.
Baylee Wylie was found dead in a Sumac Street home after a fire in December. RCMP have not said to this point how Wylie died, but they have said it was a violent death.
Two others, 19 year old Tyler Noel and 20 year old Marissa Shephard are also charged in Wylie’s death.
