It’s early in the school year and the Anglophone South School District is already dealing with the issue of overcrowded buses.
The district met to discuss it following complaints from parents about the buses being too full.
Parents were complaining after buses taking students to Princess Elizabeth School were so crowded some children couldn’t even find a seat.
John MacDonald, the Director of Finance and Administration for the school district, says another bus will be put into rotation to deal with the overcrowding.
He says the extra bus is a quick fix until they can look up the numbers and come up with a more permanent solution.
