NB Power claims 80 per cent of power will be restored to its customers by tomorrow night.
People still off the grid living in Grand Bay-Westfield, Quispamsis, Rothesay and Garnett Settlement can expect to have the lights on by 11pm tonight.
Meghan Gerrish of NB Power tells CHSJ News 275 crews will be working on the restoration effort today and that includes crews from other provinces and Maine.
She says they have crews from Hydro Quebec and Central Maine Power and crews are arriving from PEI today to help out.
Folks in Minto, Maugerville, Pocologan and Musquash can expect to have the power back by 11pm tomorrow night.
