24 year old Justin Bourque, who’s wanted for the shooting deaths of three RCMP officers in Moncton and the wounding of two others, has been seen three times according to the latest update by the RCMP. He remains on the loose.
Daniel St. Louis, a professional photographer in Moncton, drove to the Pinehurst subdivision when the shootings began and before it was cordoned off.
He came across an RCMP cruiser which had its window shot out and there was blood inside. He then saw an unmarked RCMP S-U-V with five bullet holes and a lot of blood before spotting the body of a man between two houses. One of the dead RCMP officers had three children.
St. Louis says the people who live in the Pinehurst subdivision are terrified.
