Guards at the medium security unit in Dorchester Penitentiary caught an inmate who was attempting to bring contraband into the institution.
The seizure includes 14.65 grams of marijuana, 3 grams of tobacco and about 1 and a quarter grams of hash oil.
The total value of this seizure within the prison setting is estimated at almost 19 hundred dollars.
