The next area of growth in Quispamsis is further up Hampton Road when there’s an adequate water distribution system in place. That word from Town Engineer Gary Losier who says that’s why spending on infrastructure has been a wise investment for future growth.
Quispamsis Council is expected to approve the town budget tonight.
The 2016 tax rate will increase by 2.15 cents to $1.27 per $100 of assessment. This represents an increase of $49 on a property that’s assessed at $225,000.
