A warning from the town of Rothesay about significant traffic delays on Rothesay Road with the start today of a multi-million dollar project to phase out the use of three waste water lagoons to be replaced by a wastewater treatment plant.
Phase one takes place on Rothesay Road from Rothesay Corner to the Riverside Golf Club.
The project will continue until the middle of October.
Rothesay Road will be limited to local traffic and use by protective services.
