Listeria concerns are prompting more recalls across the country.
Certain Bassé and President’s Choice products with sunflower seeds are being recalled including Mountain Trail Mix, and packages of salted and unsalted sunflower seeds.
As well as Kashi Brand Trail Mix Whole Grain Bars.
Between the three brands, 10 products are being recalled.
Listeria symptoms include vomiting, nausea, fever, muscle aches, and severe headaches.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency recommends throwing out or returning the products.
