Brunswick Square and the Delta Hotel will have new ownership.
Slate Office aquiring the commercial real estate portfolio of Fortis Properties which is valued at $430 million dollars.
This includes 2.8 million square feet of office space in Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
The Maritime Centre in Halifax, Kings Place in Fredericton and Blue Cross Centre in Moncton are also included in the sale.
We are told that staff in Saint John were informed of the sale at a briefing today.
