The argument has been made that development in Saint John is dead but one Common Councillor is contending that it still has a pulse.
Councillor Bill Farren tells us development has definitely slowed down quite a bit but there are lots of things on the horizon pointing to the Energy East pipeline project which has been delayed along with the barge terminal project.
Farren says what they need to do as a City council is make sure those projects come to fruition.
