A 39-year-old PEI woman will appear in court today charged with first-degree murder.
Charlottetown Police say the woman was arrested in connection with the death of her 3-month-old daughter.
The infant died on March 20 at the IWK in Halifax while being treated for injuries suffered during an incident in Charlottetown four days prior.
The woman was taken into custody this week.
