How can you cast your ballot in the upcoming federal election?
You can vote at your assigned polling station on April 28, or on advanced polling days over the Easter long-weekend.
The country’s Chief Electoral Officer Stephane Perrault says they’re ready to deliver a secure and stable election.
“This election will take place using the revised electoral boundaries established under the new representation order. That came into force on Sunday with the dissolution of parliament,” said Perrault.
You can also make your choice at any Elections Canada office until April 22, or cast your vote by mail.
“Electors don’t have to wait for their voter information cards to find their electoral district or learn the ways they can vote. I encourage Canadians to visit us online.”
Voter information cards will be sent by April 14, you can also enter your postal code at elections.ca.
