Saint John police have made two arrests following a two-month drug trafficking investigation.
The two individuals were taken into custody without incident on Friday, according to police.
Officers searched a Saint John residence following the arrested and seized the following:
- .410 shotgun with sawed-off barrel
- ammunition
- multiple edged weapons
- three replica firearms
- 81.44 grams of fentanyl with a street value of $16,288
- .56 grams of crystal meth with a street value of $50
- 112 hydromorphone contin four-milligram pills with a street value of $1,120
- scales
- Canadian currency
- drug paraphernalia
The two accused were scheduled to appear in court on Monday for a bail hearing.
