You can have your say on the air quality approval for the Irving Oil refinery in Saint John.
The Department of Environment is seeking input as the approval comes up for renewal.
The refinery processes about 313,000 barrels of crude oil per day into various petroleum products.
Provincial officials said the 120-day comment period, which began Wednesday, runs until May 15.
The company’s current five-year approval to operate expires on July 15.
Class 1 major industries are required to comply with the Air Quality Regulation under the Clean Air Act, and to operate under the terms and conditions established in the approval to operate.
More details about how to provide comments can be found on the department’s website.
