A mix of freezing rain and rain is expected to move into the region overnight Thursday night.
Forecasters said it will change to snow from west to east throughout the day on Friday.
Snowfall totals are not expected to be significant, ranging from trace amounts up to four centimetres.

More snow is expected Friday night through Saturday night, though it could fall as rain along the Fundy coast.
