A popular attraction near Bouctouche has been damaged by Hurricane Fiona.
Photos on social media show sections of the boardwalk at the Bouctouche Dunes have been washed away by the powerful storm surge.
Staff at La Dune de Bouctouche say the site is now closed for the season.
For safety reasons, any visitors are being asked not to climb or walk on the boardwalk.
According to its website, the shape of the 12-kilometre long sand dune stretching across Bouctouche Bay is constantly being changed by wind, tides and sea currents.
