New Brunswick reported another decrease in COVID-19-related hospitalizations on Sunday.
Public Health said 116 patients were in hospital which is a drop of six from Saturday, ICU admissions went up by one to 15, and eight individuals are on a ventilator.
Four deaths were recorded and the individuals were in their 70s or older in the Moncton and Miramichi health zones.
The total number of deaths since the pandemic started is now 290.
Health care workers who are isolating related to the virus remain steady at 341.
Of the new cases reported, 266 were from PCR tests while 428 were from rapid tests.
92.6 per cent of the eligible population have one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, 86 per cent have two doses and 47.8 per cent have a booster shot.
