Several vehicles were ticketed or towed during Saturday night’s temporary overnight on-street parking ban in the South/Central Peninsula.
City spokesperson Nathalie Logan said 56 tickets were issued and 31 vehicles were towed between Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
The purpose of the parking ban was to allow public works crews to push back snow from all streets in the area to maintain access.
A similar parking ban was issued for Friday night in the north, east and west areas of the city where 122 tickets were issued and one vehicle was towed.
