Thousands of striking CUPE workers marched through downtown Fredericton this afternoon on their way to the provincial legislature.
The striking government employees chanted and made lots of noise outside the legislative building which could be heard inside the chamber as MLA’s resumed sitting for this session.
CUPE representatives from across Canada arrived in buses to support their New Brunswick counterparts.
