At approximately midnight on July 28, 2021, a break and enter occurred at the City Market on Charlotte Street.
The Saint John Police Force responded, and discovered items were taken from several merchants.
However, officials mentioned in a statement that the building sustained no major damage.
As a result of the investigation, a 39-year-old man is facing a charge, and will appear in court on December 13, 2021.
