Ski enthusiasts will have to wait until next season to hit the slopes of Poley Mountain again.
The ski hill announced in a Facebook post on Wednesday that it is now closed for the season.
“Unfortunately, due to the big melt we had this last week, we have lost snow at an unprecedented rate,” the ski hill said in its post.
Skiing at the Sussex-area ski hill had been put on hold since last Friday due to weather conditions.
