National furniture chain The Brick will be opening its doors in Saint John on June 4, McAllister Place has confirmed.
The mall confirmed the store’s opening on Monday via its Facebook page.
The Brick’s Saint John store is located in a newly renovated part of the mall that used to house Sears. About 100,000 square feet of retail space in the old Sears was redeveloped to accommodate several large-format retailers, including Mark’s which opened back in early March.
Fredericton’s Regent Mall is also getting a Brick store. Mall marketing manager Myrna Brideau told Huddle via email that the store is “coming along nicely” and is expected to open by mid-July though The Brick has not confirmed an exact date yet.
A version of this story was published in Huddle, an Acadia Broadcasting content partner.
We are very excited to announce The Brick is opening Thursday, June 4th. Welcome to McAllister Place and welcome to Saint John. https://www.thebrick.com/#SaintAwesome #McAllisterPlace #ShopLocal
