If you are an avid angler now is the time to get your application in for the 2019 regular Crown reserve waters.
Last year there were 411 of 603 draw applications successful resulting in 1427 anglers, either on parties of two or four, being able to fish Crown waters.
The regular Crown reserve consists of 20 salmon stretches along the famous Restigouche and Miramichi River systems.
You need to have an Outdoors Card in order to apply for the draw or to buy an angling licence.
Provincial Energy and Resource Development Minister Mike Holland says “Angling is a time-honoured tradition and All New Brunswickers are encouraged to be part of that tradition and teach someone to fish.”
