Saint John Police charging a man and a woman in connection with a deadly motorcycle crash last summer.
At 5 a.m. on July 9th, 54-year-old Scott Roberston was killed in a crash on the Loch Lomond Road.
On Thursday night, City police arrested 46-year-old John Ford and 43-year-old Ann Mary Savoy.
Ford faces charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and public mischief.
Savoy is looking at charges of public mischief, obstructing justice and perjury.
Ford will stay in jail until February 15th while Savoy was released on conditions with a court date of March 11th.
