A 27-bed nursing home in Blacks Harbour is getting $1.9 million for renovations from the provincial government.
Minister Rick Doucet, speaking on behalf of seniors and long-term care minister Lisa Harris, says the money will allow Fundy Nursing Home to continue providing excellent care and services to its residents and families.

This funding is part of the five-year nursing home plan, which includes $108 million to be invested in nursing homes across New Brunswick.
The plan also includes the construction of ten 60-bed nursing homes around the province.
